Services Description
Bonae Interiors provides interior design services including but not limited to design consultation, space planning, furniture selection, color consultation, and project management. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Bonae Interiors.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
Initial consultation fees are due at the time of service
Project fees may require deposits before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion
Cancellation Policy
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Project cancellations will be handled according to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Bonae Interiors remain the intellectual property of Bonae Interiors until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for the specific project as outlined in individual service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Bonae Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
