Fall is here, the holidays are right around the corner, and before we know it, we'll all be talking about plans and goals for a new year.

Before we ever talk about the perfect tile, cabinet color, or countertop, I want to know what isn't working.
Is everyone constantly bumping into each other in the kitchen?
Do you have a beautiful dining room that nobody actually uses?
Is there never enough storage?
Do you wish your primary bathroom felt more relaxing in the morning?
Does your home simply not fit the way your family lives anymore?
Those little frustrations are often the BEST starting point for a renovation.
You Don't Need to Have It Figured Out
One of the biggest things I want potential clients to know is that you don't need to come to us with all the answers.
You don't need the perfect Pinterest board.
You don't need to know whether a wall should come down.
You don't need to know exactly what your renovation should cost.
And you definitely don't need to have every finish selected.

What works?
What doesn't?
What do you wish you could change?
What would make everyday life easier?
Write it down. Take pictures. Start a little note on your phone.
You might be surprised how quickly your renovation wish list starts to take shape.
